Where does IWJ provide services?
We are based in Kingston and provide weddings, proposals, destination celebrations and milestone events across Jamaica. Travel and logistics are included in your tailored quotation where applicable.
Do you offer fixed wedding packages?
Our experiences are tailored to the date, location, guest count and selected scope. After learning about your vision, we prepare a personalized quotation instead of limiting your celebration to a standard package.
Do you use fresh or silk florals?
Our standard décor uses high-quality silk florals. Fresh florals are available when specifically requested and will be clearly stated in your quotation.
How do I secure my date?
Your date is secured after availability is confirmed, your agreement is issued and the required non-refundable retainer is received.
Can I rent individual décor items?
Yes. Selected tableware, linens, candle holders, cylinder vases, arches and displays can be rented individually. IWJ manages delivery and collection; availability is confirmed for your event date.
How quickly will I receive a response?
We generally respond within 24–48 hours, Monday through Saturday. Detailed quotations may require additional time depending on the scope of your celebration.
